Guarantee Policy



We want all of our clients to be happy with their services and experience every time. We encourage you to let us know of any unsatisfactory experiences or services before leaving the salon so we have the opportunity to make it right.

We are all human and make mistakes but want you to confide in us if anything is not to your liking. We are not mind readers and would like to ensure positive feedback from you. Our five-day service guarantee will cover you for the incident(s) below at no charge.

  • If shellac/gel polish is chipping or peeling, we will offer a touch-up or re-polish depending on the situation or condition.

  • If a new set of acrylic, solar, or dipping powder is chipped, lifted, or broken, we will repair it to your satisfaction.

  • Any other issue will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by management.

We have a NO REFUND policy for all salon services. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or no later than 24 hours after. If we are able to provide a complimentary corrective service appointment, we will schedule it for the first available time within five days of your initial appointment.*

  • Manicures are not guaranteed, but we will touch up a chip within 24 hours of your service.

  • We offer complimentary repairs for gel and dip powder manicures for five days from the date of your original service. To schedule a repair simply call our front desk and provide the name of the technician as well as the date of your original service. Please provide your receipt or proof of charge (from bank statement).

*Complimentary corrective services are subject to approval by management and will only be offered in the instance of nail technician error, which does not include changing your mind about polish/gel/dip powder color at the end of your appointment.
